Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
The app collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no network requests of any kind. Nothing you enter leaves your device.
This website is separate: it uses Google Analytics to count visits, described under This website below.
Unit Match is published by Aloha Gems LLC. This policy covers the Unit Match mobile app and this website, and applies to the app on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The two are treated separately throughout, because they behave differently: the app is fully offline, and the website is an ordinary web page.
Information the app collects
None. The app has no sign-in and no user account. It makes no network connections and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking software, so there is no mechanism by which your information could reach us or anyone else.
Data stored on your device
When you save a count, the app writes that count — the two dates and the unit numbers you entered — to a file inside the app’s own storage on your device. This never leaves the device and is not backed up to any server we operate. You can delete a saved count in the app at any time, and removing the app deletes all of its stored data.
Protected health information
Unit Match does not collect protected health information (PHI), and the data model provides nowhere to put it. There is no field for a patient name, a payer, a member number, or an authorization number. The app works with dates and unit counts alone, and this is a deliberate constraint on the design rather than a feature not yet built.
Because the app collects no PHI and transmits nothing, using it does not create a business associate relationship under HIPAA. Please do not attempt to enter patient identifiers into the app’s fields.
What the app does not do
- The app runs no analytics, no crash reporting, and no service that profiles behavior. The website’s analytics, described below, are not present in the app.
- We do not show ads and we do not include advertising SDKs.
- We do not sell, share, or disclose data, because we do not have any.
- We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, or health data.
- We do not connect to any server we operate. The app is fully offline.
This website
unitmatch.app uses Google Analytics to measure how many people visit and which pages they find useful. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address, an approximate location derived from it, your device and browser type, and the pages you view on this site. We look at that data only in aggregate. We do not try to identify individual visitors, we do not use advertising or remarketing features, and we do not combine it with anything else.
You can opt out with Google’s browser opt-out add-on, by blocking cookies for this site, or with any tracker blocker. Nothing on the site requires analytics to work.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font file the way any web server does. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which we do not use to identify visitors. The site asks for no information and has no forms or accounts.
None of this applies to the app. The app contains no analytics and makes no network requests, so visiting this website tells us nothing about your use of Unit Match, and using Unit Match tells us nothing at all.
Children’s privacy
Unit Match is a professional tool, is not directed to children under 13, and collects no information from anyone of any age.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this URL with a revised date at the top. Substantive changes will also be reflected in the app’s App Store and Google Play listings.
